The Twitch channel Tom_Black during a game of Counter Strike Global Offensive wanted to show his friend (who was also playing along side him in game) his cheats. Tom_Black tells his friend "I have a solution, look at this" as his friend is watching his stream and Tom_Black shows his friend his cheats.
A second clip of Tom_Black reacting to his initial cheats clip where he states "I checked TOS it's fine it's fine if you don't use cheats for anything bad". This clip is currently unavailable due to him being banned.
While Tom_Black beleives just having cheats wont get you banned the Twitch TOS States.
Cheating in Online Games
Any activity, such as cheating, hacking, botting, or tampering, that gives the account owner an unfair advantage in an online multiplayer game, is prohibited. This also includes exploiting another broadcaster's live broadcast in order to harass them in-game, such as stream sniping.
